Of course, the best way to prevent throwing injury is to never throw! That is NOT the goal here at SafeThrow.

We can show you stretches, exercises, and drills which improve throwing speed, accuracy, and endurance. This stretch should be done by every pitcher:

The all-important Posterior Inferior Capsular Stretching Exercise

It is better to do these stretches with a trainer or workout partner
But they can be done effectively alone. Calvin shows this important stretch being done by the player alone.
